Position Overview:

We're looking for a Part-Time Office/Personal Assistant who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves, and get involved in our day-to-day operations. You’ll not only be handling Administrative tasks, but will be assisting the Project Manager on our ongoing Rehab projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in general administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and document preparation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate appointments & meetings.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-stocked and functional workspace.
  • Collaborate with team members to contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Help with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
  • Running errands as needed including weekly trips to the post office.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist on Rehab projects.
  • Assist with bookkeeping.
  • Light office cleaning.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
  • Computer skills ARE A MUST! Proficiency in google sheets, google docs, gmail and social media apps like Facebook.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Podio or a similar CRM is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend and lift up to 50lbs.
  • Part-time hours based on company needs, 20-30 hours per week. Must be available 4 days per week. There is also an opportunity to increase the number of days and hours worked as we continue to grow and our needs become greater.

  • Monthly phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.
